- 1 / 5By Lynn SimpsonFirst time in 28 years and I've never had the following issue: Got a coke at the drive thru....got home and started drinking it when I noticed it had a cigarette smoky smell to it. I called and spoke with a manager and told her what time I ordered it and asked her if her employees who smoke wash their hands before resuming work and she said they are all required to. I didn't get any apologies and she didn't have much more to say...just silence on the other end after that. I eventually hung up after a few moments of silence.November 20, 2016
